Miles Away Residences - “Heart & Soul" Residence

Yes! Because holidays should be a unique and personal "adventure" for each individual!
In a village “born” from the sun, wind, and sea, we created two maisonettes of 180 square meters, designed with inspiration from local architecture and incorporating elements of nature. The positive energy and the natural surroundings of the space invite you to relax and experience exactly what you’re expecting to!

The residences accommodate from 2 to 12 people, located on the main road of Platys Gialos, just 350 meters from the beach, just a 5-minute walk away.

The outdoor area of the Miles Away Residences will feature an 8x4-meter swimming pool, umbrellas, sun loungers, shower & WC, a dining table, BBQ, a shaded counter area and private parking.

The visual representation of the outdoor area will be ready by the end of April 2026.

"Heart & Soul"

Maisonette 90 sq.m. which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms / showers on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own private entrance and veranda, while the bedrooms are connected by connecting doors.

One bedroom has a double bed (160×200 cm) or 2 single beds (80×200 cm) and includes a kitchenette, α refrigerator, kitchenware, and an armchair bed. The second bedroom has a double bed (160×200 cm) and access to the kitchen on the first floor via an internal staircase.

On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom / shower, which can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children on a sofa bed (sofa dimensions 98×205 cm with 1 85×205 cm mattress and 1 85×182 cm mattress).

The first floor has 3 verandas. Two verandas on the street side, one of which offers a side sea view and one veranda on the garden side with a side sea view.

It is not allowed to move any objects, furniture or equipment from one residence to the other or to the outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed upon request. Entry to the pool deck will not be permitted.
Using the BBQ is allowed upon request.
Smoking not allowed in the residence.
Mandatory observance of the operating rules for the swimming pool.

Every Thursday throughout July and August (18:00 - 19:00), we invite you to a complimentary yoga session in the outdoor area of Miles Away Residences. An exclusive wellness experience for our guests only!
