Miles Away Residences - “Peace” Maisonette

Yes! Because holidays should be a unique and personal "adventure" for each individual!
In a village “born” from the sun, wind, and sea, we created two maisonettes of 180 square meters, designed with inspiration from local architecture and incorporating elements of nature. The positive energy and the natural surroundings of the space invite you to relax and experience exactly what you’re expecting to!

The residences accommodate from 2 to 12 people, located on the main road of Platys Gialos, just 350 meters from the beach, just a 5-minute walk away.

The outdoor area of the Miles Away Residences will feature an 8x4-meter swimming pool, umbrellas, sun loungers, shower & WC, a dining table, BBQ, a shaded counter area and private parking.

The visual representation of the outdoor area will be ready by the end of April 2026.

“Peace”
Maisonette 57 sq.m. which features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom / shower, with a double bed (160x200 cm) on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, with a bathroom / shower, which can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children on a sofa bed (sofa with an 85x205 cm mattress & a sliding bed with an 85x182 cm mattress).
On the first floor, there are 4 verandas—2 verandas on the street side and 1 veranda on the garden side.
The entrance / exit to the maisonette is through the bedroom on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is via an internal staircase.
The maisonette offers a side sea view and a view of the garden.

Parties and events are not allowed in the premises.
It is not allowed to move any objects, furniture or equipment from one residence to the other or to the outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed upon request. Entry to the pool deck will not be permitted.
Using the BBQ is allowed upon request.
Smoking not allowed in the residences.
Mandatory observance of the operating rules for the swimming pool.

Every Thursday throughout July and August (18:00 - 19:00), we invite you to a complimentary yoga session in the outdoor area of Miles Away Residences. An exclusive wellness experience for our guests only!
